unique character of the building, live music performance, clean and spacious rooms
Noise from the evening functions can be overly disruptive for a relaxing stay!!! Perhaps better soundproofing or control over event scheduling would help improve the experience!!!

loved the location right in the center of town! felt super comfy in my warm room and the breaky was nicely cooked n presented. staff were really lovely at breakfast, always smiling. so many bars and restaurants nearby, was a blast! parking was free which was a big plus!
had a little trouble with the pillows, they were a bit too hard for my taste. also, no air con in the room made it a bit warm at night.

Great stay with a sweet breakfast surprise!
Had a lovely night here. The room was clean and comfy. The staff were super friendly and even packed me a takeaway breakfast since I had to leave early for my day at the track. The bar meals were proper good too! Only bummer was I didn’t get to enjoy the full breakfast service.

The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax. The breakfast exceeded our expectations as it was incredibly tasty and served piping hot.
While the room was spacious, the decor felt somewhat dated.

I loved the charming decor and the cleanliness throughout The Kings Head. The staff were very accommodating, ensuring my comfort as a senior, and the cozy lounge was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
A handrail for the stairs would be helpful.
